The year 1985 marked the first rise of the trademark DOLCE & GABBANA on the occasion of the fashion show at the Milano Collezioni - New Talents. Two years later, DOLCE & GABBANA released their first women's knitwear collection, and then their first lingerie and beachwear collections, and then their first men's collection. In 1990, they entered into a licensing agreement with Marcolin to produce the men's and women's eyewear and sunglass collections. Since then, DOLCE & GABBANA has expanded into men's and women's handbags, accessories, timepieces, and children's wear. DOLCE & GABBANA is sold in DOLCE & GABBANA boutiques, department stores, and specialty stores around the world, and of course, 80's Purple.
